1. The machine adopts the computer screen control with a counting device, which you can use to preset the processing production. And the space of cutting tool is visible on the screen.

2. It can cut 8 pcs boards with multiple sets of knives work at the same time.

3. The knife flywheel is adjustable and distance between knives is regulable.

4. The blade is made of high speed steel material, which is durable and have a long service life.

5. It is convenient to adjust the cutting speed through rotary knob With a conveyor belt line, the separated pcb can be send out directly to reduce pick- and-place.

Maintenance

Make sure machine clean before using

Add lubricating oil to sliding part regularly

Check the tightness of the fixing screw periodically

Please clean the dust every day and remove them from bottom of the machine after depaneling

It is necessary to add lubricating oil to blade and blade shaft if it is not been to used for a long time.
