
1. Automatic lamination machine description
For industrial pastry projects , ZKS600 dough laminating line can be upgraded to full automatic line by add 2 sets of freezing tunnels ,the dough sheet would twice passing through the freezing tunnel , it would highly increase the working efficiency , The temperature of the freezing tunnels are adjustable for different pastry prooduct .
2. Freezer Features:
1 ) The freezing tunnels can be put either above the laminator or into the laminator .
2 ) One or two freezing tunnels are available ,
3 ) Temperature range , -15 ℃ to - 40℃ , adjustable .
4 ) High quality 304 stainless steel chain .
5 ) 650 mm chain width , customized according to laminator belt width .
6 ) 7 storeys chain .
7 ) Freezing time can be adjusted by adjusting the conveyor speed .
8 ) Freezing tunnels are optional ,
3. Laminator Features :
1 ) Dough laminator belt width : Max.850 mm
2 ) Dough laminator capacity : 1000 - 2500 kg /h of dough .
