Copper mosaic glass structure
It is composed of three layers, the first layer and the third layer is 4MM ordinary tempered glass, the second layer (intermediate layer) is made of copper strip process. Total thickness: 18MM.
The making process is as follows:
A: First layer: white glass
Second layer: copper, plated, diamond (pear, Gyrosigma, Ice)
Third layer: white glass
This effect is: coating place half translucent,other places completely impervious.
B: First layer: white glass
Second layer: copper, plated, diamond (pear, Gyrosigma, Ice)
Third layer: Sand glass
This effect is: completely impervious. However, only one side can see the pattern.
C: First layer: white glass
Second layer: copper, plated, white glass
Third layer: white glass
This effect is: coating place semipermeable, other places completely transparent.
