Our qualified pizza stones are made of cordierite, which is ecofriendly and free of heavy metals, cadmium, lead as well as other harmful substance. Pizza stone can be used in either conventional oven,microwave oven,or directly on the fire.It's working temperature is 1000°c and it would not crack no matter how extremely change of the temperature. How to use:
Fully preheat the stone before baking,we recommend at minimum 500℉.

1. For home oven,it may take about 40-60 mins(depends on the performance of the oven).
2. Placing the stone on bottom,middle or top rack is available.
3. If using a grill,preheat to 500℉ takes about 30 mins.
4. When the stone is hot enough to bake,dusts the pizza peel with cornmeal or other flour before putting the dough on it,and then transfer the pizza to the hot stone.
