Weldable Hexagonal Nut Couplers for Reinforcement Tie Rod in Wall Form

Hex nut is used as normal fasteners together with washer plate; Some times used as steel bar connector, connecting two bars in the reinforcement work. When used as connector, usually a stop-pin is fixed in the middle of the nut, in order to secure the screw-in length of the bar.

Note: " * " means equipped with stop-pin in centre.

Machining produced, weldable, galvanized;
Customized size available. Other different sizes are available: for bar dia15mm, 20mm, 26mm.
Besides the weldable nuts, casting iron hex. nuts are also available according to requirments.

Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 26 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
---bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.

Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
