Heavy Duty VNA Pallet Racking
Narrow aisle racking (VNA pallet racking system) is a great solution for those looking to add storage space to their warehouse without physically moving their operations. By reducing unnecessary aisle space, you can make more room for more racks. A narrow aisle racking system enables you to set up high-density storage by making better use of your floor area and roof height.
VNA pallet racking can save much space by very narrow aisle.
Advantages:
1) This storage racking makes optimum use of floor area and roof
height by providing high density storage
2) Pallets can be located, accessed and moved individually;
3) The height between levels can be easily adjusted by 50mm pitch
interval.
4) Strength and rigidity prevents compression damage to goods.
5) Bottom level of pallets can be stored on the floor, lowering
structure costs.
6) Rich accessories: upright protector, guide rail, frame barrier,
row spacer, wire deckings, steel shelf, etc.
Structure features:
1) Aisle pallet racking is also called Location pallet racking which is of cut-in composite structure; the upright mande by continuous punching and rolling; the frame is assembled by uprights and bracings and beams are fixed to uprights by hooks.
2) There are safety locks to fix beams and uprights tightly, protecting beams from dropping when loading goods with forklifts. The height of each layer can be adjusted by 75mm freely, the capacity of each layer can be up to 4000kg.
3) It's convenient to load and unload pallets with goods on by using forklifts; Such forklifts as front-move forklift, balance-weight forklift, common forklift and stackers can be used to load and unload goods.
4) Steel panels, wooden panels and decking are also available for putting on beams instead of pallets.
5)Pallet racking is the most common storage system which is used in fields of manufacturing industry, the third part logistics, distribution centers, supermarket and so on.
6) Pallet racking is the first choice when building high position warehouses and AS/RS system.
Special requirements for soap vna pallet racking:
1) The system is served by specially designed forklift machines
with the mast or fork head rotating to left or right as required.
2) Operator cabins may be elevating or static. Aisles are only
marginally wider than the handing equipment.
3) Very flat engineered floor surface
4) Semi automatic pallet positioning controls for accurate high
level placement and retrieval
5) Obviously it must have excellent rigidity and close engineering
tolerances .
