Description:
Magnesia spinel brick is to improve thermal stability of magnesia brick, added Al2O3 into the ingredients and generated by alumina spinel as main minerals . The advantages of magnesia spinel brick is good thermal stability, and clinker reaction in the process of using, then a layer of calcium aluminate thin protective layer is formed on the surface of the brick, so that the liquid is not easy to penetrate, the anti stripping performance is better than direct bonded magnesia chrome brick
Addvantage:
Magnesia spinel brick has a very high melting point, thermal expansion, thermal stress, thermal shock stability, but also has stable chemical properties, has a strong resistance to alkaline slag.
Application:
1 Replace the magnesia chrome sand producing magnesia spinel brick used in cement kiln, not only to avoid the chrome pollution, but also has good resistance to spalling;
