Soundproofing Material Aluminum Sliding Removable Office Partition Walls
Panel Construction
- Panels nominal thickness are 85 mm thick.
- Face oards with options of 12mm thick particle board/Gypsum board/MDF board with sound insulation material infill and option of different surface substance to meet different STC requirement.
- Panel all sided protective frames are made of standard clear natural anodized 6063-T5 architectural grade aluminium alloy.
- Unique Vertical tongue and groove profile ensure panel-to-panel alignment and prevent sound leaks between panel joints.
- Fast-Set Horizontal top & bottom retractable seals with 38mm nominal operating clearance between top track and bottom floor. The retractable seal provide ideal compression force to top track and bottom floor when the panel is locked in position to prevent sound travelling thought the joints.
Track & Carrier Suspension System
- The Aluminium Track systems are made of clear natural anodized 6063-T6 architectural grade aluminium alloy.
- Different options of track intersections available to suit specific design requirement.
- Options of single or dual carrier’s suspension to suit different stacking layout design and requirement.
- Each single suspension carrier has four vertical metal bearing wheels roll on the track. Each wheel has precision-ground 6002-2RS bearings, encased with POM, steel banded and reinforced. The double suspension carrier has two horizontal high grade polymer disks manoeuvre on straight or multi direction divert track layout.
Panel Finishes
- Panel come in standard unfinished for on field decoration or options of factory applied finishes i.e. upholstery fabric,high pressure laminate (HPL), wall paper, PVC laminate, glass, white board and cork board etc.
Operation
There will be a 16-20 mm gap between the top of panels and the bottom of the head track when the wall panels are moved.
Similarly, the gap also exists between the bottom of panels and the floor.
By installing the retractable pressure seals on the top and bottom of panels, excellent sound insulation effect is achieved when the panels are positioned.
The pressure seals are operated by a dismountable handle enabling a 180° rotation to realize the extrusion and retraction. The overall sound insulation effect can be achieved via the extension sleeve on the last panel and the tight sealing of the top and bottom seals.
How Our Product Works
The wooden partition walls panel is designed in tongue-and-groove mode and its surface finish can be made of precise laminated board, pre-finished wood veneer, fabric or other materials specified by customers. The movable wooden partition wall is also equipped with vertical and horizontal external frame fabricated by extruded aluminum profiles. The retractable vinyl pressure seals installed on the top and bottom of panel can tightly seal the gaps between the wooden partition wall panel and the top and bottom tracks, helping to form a sealed and balanced wall which blocks the propagation of sound wave. The sound insulation effect can reach up to 35 to 58 dB.
What’s more, we design a simple lock-up configuration. The dismountable operating handle enabling 180°rotation controls the extrusion and retraction of retractable pressure seals.
