Specification:

Wooden grooved acoustic panels, timber veneered or colored painted, sound absorb er classes A to E, as well as sound reflecting panels. Wooden grooved acoustic panels are based on MDF in fire rating classes B1 and B2 or vermiculite base panels in fire rating class A1 to DIN 4102. Perforated acoustic panels based on MDF can be used for ball impact resistant wall linings to DIN 18032-3.

6 different types of face grooving available, providing a wide range of sound absorption properties. Where good acoustics are essential, e.g. in concert halls, the installation of our highly sound absorbing wooden grooved timber acoustic panels, leads to a special sound experience.

Support materials and finishes:

The support material is always MDF fiberboard wood panels, in standard and fireproof versions. Surface finishes can be raw, melamine, plywood, varnished or lacquered. Other options available on request.
Plus panels have always a built-in veil on its back, in order to improve its sound absorbing qualities.

Mounting system:

Suitable for walls and ceilings, the mounting system is tongue and groove. The linear joins are invisible and the transceiver are almost invisible as joins and large dimension plates are used. The roof assembly must be taken special care to ensure cross-linked of aluminium structure. When practicable areas are required, they should be taken in consideration at the moment of the installation.
