Description
The movable wooden partition walls — also known as folding walls,
flat panels, movable walls, and room dividers — set the standard
for quality, durability, acoustic separation, and ease of movement.
They are the creative way to add flexibility and functionality to
your space.
Features
Movable wooden partition walls consist of a series of interlocking flat panels designed in custom widths up to 1524 mm and suspended from overhead tracks. Heights range from over-the-counter use to the more than 12288 mm tall panels used in convention centers.
Movable Glass Partition
BUNGE offers fully-functional, movable glass partition systems that obtain an aesthetic of perfect visual, geometric and sound-insulation continuity. The walls have tongue-and-groove profiles that allow them to telescope, fold and stack. Available in framed, frameless or solid panels, these minimalist walls systems have acoustical properties that achieve one of the highest STC ratings in the industry, up to 58 dB, and can be made 12 meters high to adapt to almost any space.
Operation:
Wooden Partition Walls shall be top supported, manually operated panels stacked in an area nominated in the plans. When closed, the operable wall shall provide a complete sound retardant barrier. No floor track shall be used.
BUNGE movable wooden partition wall shall be 65 mm,85 mm,100 mm thickness series as furnished and installed by an authorised representative of BUNGE.
The movable wooden partition wall panel construction and finish materials shall consist of Class A rated materials in accordance with SLIWAL Standards.
Track : The wooden partition walls tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.
