Model OPT660 is a high performance intermittent rotary offset,
which is researched, developed and manufactured independently by
Beijing OPHTER · SW Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The machine uses servo motor to drive the rollers directly,
providing a guarantee for precise high-speed running. It adopts
advanced American water and ink supplying system which ensures the
water and ink balance, stability at low and high speed and bright
print result.

Characteristics and advantages of Roll To Roll Digital Label Printing Machine
A) Electric Control System:The main control unit adopts imported electric components,
together with CPU via DOS system to control the servo motors.
B) Shaftless Driving: The machine uses servo motor to drive the
rollers directly, providing
a guarantee for precise high-speed running.
C) Overprinting System: Once printing length is input at the main control unit, every unit will move automatically to the preset position.

F) Vacuum Unwinding Device (patented, This is optional. If client

The suction pulling device keeps the tension stable and prevents scratch and napping caused by the friction generated among several parts and printing material.

Printing unit features
1. The machine has Four plate ink rollers and closed-loop ink system. The diameter of the platen rollers is 67, 59, 53, 71.
2. Two floating type plate rollers are equipped as standard to effectively reduce ghosting.
3. Total number of ink rollers: 20 (soft 12, hard 8)
4. Choose to configure the ink temperature control system, ink fountain roller temperature control system, which is conducive to constant ink supply system temperature and ensure stable printing quality.
5. The waterway system adopts a new four structure to accurately measure the water volume and low-speed differential water supply system.
