Description

This advanced Door Panel Foaming Line features a robust and intelligent design. For the straight-line configuration, the system includes a sturdy mould frame and a high-precision automatic injection system that can deliver foaming agents with an accuracy of ±0.3%. The water circulation temperature control system maintains optimal foaming temperatures within ±1°C, ensuring uniform foam expansion. A powerful hydraulic system drives the clamping and mold-locking mechanisms, applying up to 40 tons of pressure to secure the door panels during foaming. The safety exhaust system monitors and releases excess pressure promptly, safeguarding the production environment. In the rotary type, the main frame supports a reliable rotary structure, with an indexing positioning device ensuring precise rotation and alignment of each foaming station. The automatic charging system, combined with a water heating system, works in harmony to achieve consistent foaming results. An intuitive electrical control system allows operators to manage and adjust all parameters in real-time, ensuring seamless production.​
