Nowadays, the modern trend in buildings need more flexibility and convenience to use the space of their rooms. Most of the building designers like to prepare open plan space, sound proof effect and easy to operate. The solution of the designers need is the Movable Partition. Unlike the solid all which can not be moved, the partition wall can be moved along the track to divide your large space into two or more small rooms. It is very flexibile.So more and more people choose to apply partition wall in their interior design.

We have four types of partition wall, 65 type, 85 type, 100 type and 125 unltra-high type.

65 type: Max height:4000mm(160inch), soundproof: 20db-28db

85 type: Max height:6000mm(240inch), soundproof: 25db-36db

100 type: Max height:9000mm(350inch), soundproof:30db-50db

125 ultra-high type: Max height:17000mm(670inch), soundproof:40db-55db.

You can choose the right movable wall upon height and soundproof requirement according to your needs.

About installation:

A beam should be built on site for track installation. The minimum distance leaving for track installation from false ceiling to top ceiling is 180mm.

We will provide the installation manual and video guiding the installation job. We can also dispatch the installation engineer supervising the installation as request.

About packing and transport:

Carton paper packaging, MDF batten cover all around corner.

The movable wall panel and track, fittings will be packed separately.

Sea transport is a common mode of transportation. In an emergency, can be air freight.

What is the procurement procedure?

Firstly, send us the shop drawings(if the shop drawing is not available, you can tell us the height from false ceiling to finished floor and width from wall to wall)

Secondly, we offer you the movable wall layout drawings for your confirmation.

Thirdly, we quote the movable wall in accordance with confirmed drawings.

2. Q: What is the price of the movable wall?

A: Our mobile wall system is customized, the cost is calculated by area, the thickness of different walls and the price of different finishes are different. Therefore, we need you to provide us detailed dimensions such as height, width and finish requirements. If possible, we also need your layout drawings.

3. Q: Is the movable partition acoustic (soundproof)?

A: Yes, our movable wall system is soundproof. We have different acoustic material fillings and various sound absorbing panels to achieve different acoustic ratings. For the 65 series we can reach 45db, for the 80 type we can reach 48db, the 85 type can reach 50db, for the 100 type we can reach 50db.

4.Q: How to install an active partition? Is it difficult to complete?

A: It is not difficult to install our active partitions. Our active partition is a hanging rail type moving wall that does not require any ground track. Therefore the hanging rail structure will be very important. We have very detailed drawings and videos showing how to install, so your employees just need to follow them step by step.

5.Q: Do you provide sample?

A: Yes, and the sample is free, you just pay the express delivery fee is ok.

6.Q: What is your payment terms?

A : 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit when confirmed the order and balance paid by T/T before loading container, or irrevocable L/C at sight.

7. Q : What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?

A : 3 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation.In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10- 15 days.
