Acoustic partition is made of high quality anodized aluminum frame with composite materials. The panel has a standard thickness of 65mm and a width up to 1200mm. Maximum height can reach 4500mm tall. Its vertical seal.together with the horizontal top and bottom retractable seals provide excellent acoustic insulation property of maximum STC 53DB in the laboratory setting. Its high performance per dollar value makes it becomes the most economical suitable for restaurant, schools, office, church, hospitals, shopping arcades, and many other indoor applications products.

Installation:
(1)Size of wall: all panels should be installed in accordance with
the manufacturers recommendations.
(2)Cutting: all necessary hardware and accessories for a complete
job installation are to be furnished by the contractor.
(3)Install the acoustic panels: the installation of acoustic panels
should be carried out in a sequence from the left to the right,
from upside to downside, the panels are cut to fit on site,
traditional woodworking tools are suitable for cutting the panels,
if panels are cut using a fine tooth table saw the panels should be
cut face up to avoid scratching and at a much slower speed to avoid
any tearout or chipping.
(4)Fix on keel:
Wooden keel fixing using nails, staples or screws into prefixed
timber battens on the walls via the tongue and groove joint.It also
can fixing by: light steel keel.
Sliding soundproof partition aluminum accessories:
Track: The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminum. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. The aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.
Seals: Vinyl seal of butane rubber will be used as top and bottom and as well as closure seals for the operable wall system. Retractable seal drop will be 23 mm.
