
1. Line description
ZLINE Provides full line solution to make India layer paratha , which has abundant of oil and layers inside. The layer paratha is paper filming and
mainly frozen product. It has long shelf life and will be distributed to super market or stores.
ZLSZB-168 Paratha line can make 50-150g/pcs paratha and capacity can be up to 3600-6000 pcs/ h for 20cm.
2. Processing flow :
Dough mixing – dough band sheeting – dough stretching – rolling – cutting – curling manually – pressing and paper filming (to form paratha) –
packaging – freezing – distributing – buying – cooking – eating ;
3. Line features
1). The paratha line final product is dough ball , by press dough ball with press machine to make paratha ;
2). To curling the dough into dough balls can be both manually or automatically ;
3). With toppings spreader for different ingredients topping , such as green onion and other ;
4). High capacity and easy to operate ;
5). The press and filming machine available ;
6). The dough ball size and final paratha size are adjustable ; Normal size is 20 cm in diameter ;
