
1. Line description
P420 layer paratha line will make pastry type layer paratha in the way of lamination , with a pastry lamination line to make dough balls which has
fat/margarine and layers inside , then press the dough ball with a pressing machine to form paratha.
This line is very suitable for business starter or product expanding for mature business becasue of its less space and labor needed.
2. Production processing :
Dough mixing –dough sheeting- folding the fat/margarine in dough - pastry dough lamination – encrusting to make dough balls –
(proofing/resting) – press to form the pastry paratha.
3. Advantages
1). Uniformly put the fat/margarine into the dough and final paratha ;
2). Through once or twice lamination to form rich layers in final product ;
